All Sales Are Final

At Grip & Pulse, we take pride in providing quality Pilates grip socks. Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ninomichelle7@gmail.com.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
